Hello, I am a Birth and Postpartum Doula currently in the process of certifying. After an amazing natural birth experience with my son in 2019, I found my passion of supporting my clients in the prenatal, birth and postpartum period. I believe everyone deserves labor and postpartum support. I look forward to supporting you on your birth journey.
I am a Mama to four wild rascals who loves spending time outside as much as possible, curling up by the wood stove in the winter and drinking at least three cups of tea everyday regardless of the season. I am passionate about birth work and I fiercely believe in digging into our instincts and living authentically.
My academic studies and work experience in sexual and reproductive health, along with my passion for birth justice, led me to pursue a career as a doula because I believe all families deserve support before, during, and after birth. I offer educational resources, nonjudgmental support, and planning for expecting parents in Hartford County, CT.
As a doula, I wish to connect and understand my clients needs and support them in whatever ways are meaningful to their desired outcome. Being able to provide a sense of calm and reassurance for people surrounding me, especially during transitional times in their life is the foundation of my practice, because every outcome matters.
My mission is to provide unconditional care during your journey and to help you greet parenthood with a strong sense of confidence, knowledge, and trust. My wish for you is that you BASK in your pregnancy and connect with your breath, body, and baby during this unique transition in your and your extended family’s life.
